Fiesta and Sunflowers

I had a dish-aster with this table. The folding part of my table gave out and my bowl broke into two pieces.  I'm grateful it was the bowl and not the tureen.  The plates dented the chair and survived. I will be saving the broken bowl pieces for a mosaic project I would like to work on.  Some day!

The inspiration for my table was the napkin.  They are Vera and I purchased them from one of my favorite bloggers:  the Queen of Fifty Cents.  If you have never visited her blog, you should especially if love thrifty finds and animals. She takes photos of fur babies that she sees on her thrifty adventures.
I didn't find any napkin rings that I liked so I made my own.  They were ornaments that I found at Hobby Lobby and glued them to some plastic rings I had already.

The Fiesta colors are Marigold, Chocolate and Shamrock. I didn't have the runner on the table at first.  I got the idea from Tea in Texas as she also set a sunflower table.

The soup tureen is from Cracker Barrel.  This is one of the last items my mom purchased for me.

I had fun putting this table together.  Are you getting ready to set your fall tables?
Have a great week!!

I am joing Marty at A Stroll Thru Life for Tabletop Tuesday!
