Easter Tablescapes of 2020

So how is everyone doing with staying at home (for the most part)? Some of are still working or the designated person to shop.  The State of Texas will begin to reopen on May 1st.  I have decided to continue to stay at home as much as possible.

I've had the chance to play with my dishes.  Here are few of the  Easter tables I have set. I have been using the time to create an album of my tablecloths.

A group I belong to on Facebook has had weekly challenges with tablecloths.  It has been fun to play with my dishes and accessories.

4th of July 2019

It is a late post. Life just takes priority to blogging and even Facebook. I don't have enough time to play with my dishes.
I used Fiesta in Lapis and Scarlet.  The flag plates are made in Italy. They are rather fragile. Like the napkin rings,  they were a thrift store find. One set of glasses was from one of the dollar stores and the others are from an antique store. I was at the store when saw the hydrangeas and thought of my mom. I was not expecting you use them as the center piece but it worked out that way.
I hope everyone had a safe 4th of July.  Ours was stressful as fireworks are no longer banned within the city limits. Our fur babies we not comfortable.  We went a week with limited sleep as the fireworks started early. We are still hearing them every now and then.

National Pink Flamingo Day 2019

I worked on this table for weeks because I didn't want to miss it this year.
Lots of love in the form of gifts from friends. Of course there is Fiesta in Flamingo.

Fiesta and Pioneer Woman

I knew I had to have the Pioneer Woman's new line when I read the pattern name. It I'd called Celia. Celia was my mom's name. This pattern is primarily blue which was her favorite color.
The table is full of love. This is not just because the dishes are named after my mom.  Several friends helped me finish my collection.  Many of the non-Pioneer Woman pieces are gifts as well.
I really enjoyed setting and using these dishes.

Cinco de Mayo Late Post

I was sick for the first two weeks of May but I still managed to set a table but failed to post it.
This table has a lot of love. The cloth, dolls and the chile con queso dish were my mom's.  I've been missing her a lot lately. Many friends sent me a lot of the items on the table too. I am spoiled.
I am trying to keep posting.

Blue Table

So I've been thinking of this table for weeks. I found the tablecloth and napkins along with the napkin rings at my favorite thrift store. The bowls are Fitz and Floyd. They were a clearance find at Dillard's. Of course, I wanted the entire collection.  The blue in the bowls is a match to cobalt Fiesta. The glasses were also a thrift store find.

I've organizing my stuff all over the house. Some early Spring cleaning I guess. Making room for new dishes. Heehee. Well Homer Laughlin does announce the new color this coming Saturday. I'm excited as I am each year.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great week!
